A 22 cm crispy, soft, melting cookie that was unanimously appreciated during my last dinner, there was not even a crumb left to dip a slice of sliced the next morning in my coffee with milk!!! I was disgusted :((
No need for professional utensils but a 22cm tart ring would be welcome.

THE REALIZATION
1/ The day before weigh your butter and leave it at room temperature so that it is very soft but not melted the next day when making the XXL cookie.
2/ D-Day Work the soft butter and sugar together with a spatula.
Mix well and add the egg, mix.
3/ Add the flour, cornstarch and baking powder and mix well.
4/ Stir in the chocolate chips and keep a few for decoration.
5/ Butter your pie circle, place it on parchment paper already placed on the oven plate.
6/ Pour the preparation in the middle of the circle then smooth with a spatula or a large spoon. Then leave to cool for at least 1 hour.

7/ Preheat your oven in rotating heat at 180°.
Bake your XXL cookie for 25 minutes.
When it comes out of the oven, place a few chocolate chips on top (I did it too early before baking and it's less pretty).
Let cool then remove the ring.
Enjoy it warm.
Keep it about 2 days at room temperature... if you resist 2 days ;))
